I just figured it out! and posted an update to which plugin was causing the issue!</p>iJohnMon, 31 Mar 2008 17:58:58 -0000http://www.ijohnw.com/2008/03/31/upgraded-to-wordpress-25/#comment-1421015<p>This happens when you have an older plugin interfering with the JavaScript.</p><p>I encountered this problem with an older version of WP-Amazon, but any plugin loading its own jQuery can cause the issue.</p><p>Disable your plugins and see if the buttons appear.
